Terms of sale
Article 1 – Purpose. These terms govern sales made on astucio.fr between Astucio (the seller) and any person who buys for non-professional use (the customer). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Article 2 – Seller. Astucio is a sole proprietorship operated by Romuald Facquez, SIRET 100 952 852 00018. The seller's contact details appear in the legal notice of the site. Email: rmbn1975@gmail.com.
Article 3 – Products. We describe each product with care. Photos are illustrative: the actual color may differ slightly, and the measurements given may vary by a few millimeters. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 4 – Prices. Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Shipping costs are displayed before payment. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5 – Order. The customer chooses their products, checks their cart, enters their contact details and delivery method, then pays. The order is confirmed by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a declined payment or an obvious pricing error; the customer is then refunded in full.
Article 6 – Payment. Payment is made by bank card via Shopify Payments, or by the other methods offered at checkout. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed. We do not store any bank card data.
Article 7 – Delivery. We deliver to France, the European Union and internationally. Rates, areas and indicative delivery times are set out in the shipping policy. Risk of loss of the parcel passes to the customer upon delivery of the parcel. If delivery does not take place within the announced time, the customer may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period; failing that, they may terminate the contract under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal. The customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Return and refund procedures are detailed in our refund policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or non-conforming.
Article 9 – Legal guarantees. All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product, then, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the sale. Article 10 – Liability. Sports equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and your physical abilities. If in doubt, ask a health professional for advice. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product.
Article 11 – Personal data. We use your data only to process your order and to contact you about it. Details and your rights of access, rectification and deletion are set out in the privacy policy.
Article 12 – Intellectual property. The site's content (texts, images, logo) is protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Article 13 – Mediation. In the event of an unresolved dispute with us, the customer may use the free services of a consumer mediator (Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Article 14 – Governing law. These terms are governed by French law. The customer keeps the benefit of the protective provisions of their country of residence where these are more favorable.
