14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return your purchase to us, without having to give a reason.

How to proceed

Before the end of these 14 days, contact us through the Contact page of the store, stating your order number and the item(s) concerned.

We will reply with return instructions and the address to which the parcel must be sent. Please do not send anything back before you have received this reply.

You then have 14 days to ship the parcel.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or does not match your order.

Refund

We refund the price of the returned items as well as the standard shipping costs paid at the time of the order, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned parcel, using the payment method used for the order.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming item

If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, or does not match your order, contact us through the Contact page and attach photos. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, and any return shipping costs will be borne by us. The legal guarantee of conformity also applies.
